Good mattress, quick delivery

I bought a queen size memory foam mattress. It arrived fast, within a few days. The mattress expanded easily. It's comfortable. Happy with the purchase.

Happy with the bamboo charcoal topper

I decided to upgrade my guest bed with a bamboo charcoal mattress topper, 2 inch. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, no issues there. It shipped out pretty quickly, but then tracking updates were a bit sparse for a couple of days, which made me wonder where it was. It arrived in good condition, well-packaged. Unrolled it, and it expanded to its full size within a few hours, no strong chemical smells either, which was a relief. My guests have mentioned it's quite comfortable and helps with temperature regulation. It fits the full size mattress perfectly. Support wasn't needed, but the product itself met my expectations for quality and performance.

Decent topper, slow shipping

I ordered the 2 inch cooling gel mattress topper for my full size bed. The topper itself is quite comfortable and does seem to help with heat, which was my main goal. However, the shipping took a little longer than I expected, about 8 days. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which was good. Overall, a solid product for the price, but they could improve on delivery times.

Great value on a mattress

I was looking for an affordable queen size mattress and found a good deal here during a seasonal sale. The hybrid mattress seemed like the best value for what I wanted to spend. It arrived a few days early, which was a nice surprise. For the price I paid, the comfort is really impressive. It feels well-made and supportive. Definitely felt like I got my money's worth.

Amazing cooling pillow!

Oh my goodness, I love the cooling pillow I ordered! It's so comfortable and actually stays cool all night. My sleep has improved so much. I will absolutely be buying more from BedStory, maybe a new mattress topper next! Definitely recommending this to all my friends!

Nice pillow, shipping a bit slow

I ordered the cooling pillow and it's actually pretty good for keeping my head cool at night, which was my main reason for buying it. The quality feels solid, not flimsy at all. My only minor issue was the shipping; it took closer to the longer estimate, about a week and a half, instead of the shorter one I hoped for. But once it got here, it's been a noticeable improvement for my sleep. Good value overall.

Topper is pretty comfy

So, I grabbed one of those 3 inch memory foam mattress toppers cause my old bed was just, ugh. It came in a decent amount of time, like, not super fast but not forever either. It definitely made my mattress way more comfy, like sleeping on a cloud now. No weird smells or anything either, which is a plus. Pretty good for the price, honestly.

So comfy, slept great

My old mattress was getting pretty lumpy, so I grabbed a full size memory foam mattress. It was a good price and it came rolled up in a box. Unpacked it, let it air out for a day, and it puffed right up. Slept like a baby last night, seriously. It's way comfier than my old one, feeling pretty good about this purchase.

Good mattress topper

I got the 3 inch memory foam mattress topper. It arrived quickly and was easy to unroll. It made my old mattress much more comfortable. I'm sleeping better now.

Reliable comfort again

This was my third purchase from BedStory, this time for a shredded memory foam pillow. I've bought a mattress topper and a bed wedge pillow before. Just like my previous orders, the quality is consistent and the shipping was fast. It's great to know I can count on them for good bedding without breaking the bank. The pillow is super supportive, just what I needed.
